What’s the occasion? Not Christmas, not my birthday, not anything really. Although ironically, my box arrived on st Patrick’s Day, though that wasn’t the occasion either. Sometimes, you discover that one of your favourite spots has an online store, and you decide that since you’ve earned it by being so very productive this week, that you are going to have to treat yourself!
David’s Tea is a brand that originated in Canada (where I live), that supplies hundreds of different loose leaf varieties! There is something for just about everyone, and almost TOO many if you’re as obsessed with tea as I am! They also sell plenty of absolutely GORGEOUS tea accessories, such as teapots, mugs, infusers, and even tea-infused scented candles!
They are known for their bright turquoise logo and storefront, so when this beautiful box arrived at my doorstep (after only 2 days, in fact!), I knew exactly where it was from!
I had been looking for a new travel mug to take with me to work, and when I saw this one with the beautiful mint-green lid, I added it to my cart straight away. It comes equipped with its own infuser, which flips up into the lid at the touch of a button, to stop steeping so that your tea doesn’t get too bitter while you’re on the go.
I also had been wanting a new mug to use at home, since my previous favourite cracked (sniff). This mug is absolutely beautiful, but what I really love is it comes equipped with its own infuser, and also a lid which doubles as a saucer. After testing it out this morning, it’s really comfortable to hold as well, the handle is nice any sturdy. Here’s hoping this one doesn’t break like its predecessor!
When I opened this bag, I just about screamed. You guys, LOOK at this tea!! It has SPRINKLES in it! And trust me, it smells just about as good as it looks! It’s also caffeine free so it’s perfect for an after dinnertime treat.
I have no words. This tea GLITTERS! Yes, those stars are little gold sprinkles that, wait for it, dissolve in your cup and create a GORGEOUS swirl of sparkles! It’s totally mesmerizing. It also smells magically of cinnamon. I couldn’t wait to try this one and let me tell you, it did not disappoint!
I am a big earl grey fan, and when I saw this blend with a touch of vanilla added, I so had to try it! It really adds a nice creaminess (as the name would suggest) to the classic, soothing earl grey taste. Will be buying again!
If you’re a coffee drinker looking to make the transition over to tea for any reason, you’ll probably love this one. Yes, those are coffee beans you see! And yes, this one also smells divine!
David’s Tea is also generous enough to send 3 free tea samples with every online order! I picked White Nectarine, Pistachio Ice Cream, and Forever Nuts! Can’t wait to try these!!
